Returns

For EU customers, you may return / exchange items during our 30-day return period by visiting our Returns Portal.

Once our warehouse processes and approves your return, you will be issued a full refund minus restock fee €14.

"Piloti Shift. Colour: Asphalt. Ordered online on Friday evening. Received email on Saturday confirming goods had been despatched. Received goods in the UK on Monday morning. That is excellent delivery service. The shoes were very well wrapped for shipment. The box they came in was very stylish and will help to keep them safe when not being worn. The shoes themselves far exceeded my expectations. They are beautifully made and arrived in perfect condition without any flaws. I ordered UK size 8 (EU size 42) in a wide fitting. True to size in length and the wide fit meant they fitted me perfectly. The shoes are GREAT to drive in. Great sensitivity with the pedals. I have a Morgan 4/4 80th Anniversary Edition. However, the shoes are also very sleek and look great with casual trousers. The tapered shape is both elegant and flattering. It's always a bit of a risk when ordering shoes online, without seeing them or trying them on in a shop, but I need not have worried. My only problem is that I now need to save some money to buy another pair. Perhaps the Avenue in Cognac as they are also available in a wide fitting."

"These are one of my favorites from piloti. First off they look great, can dress them up or down easily. The leather is amazing, I've had the black pair for a few months now and with all the times I've worn them the leather doesn't show any hard creases like a normal leather shoe does. They are a more "stiff" feeling shoe than something like the Shift but that doesn't make them uncomfortable at all. I actually find that these are more comfortable at the end of a long day than the Shift because they have a little more support and structure to the sole. Pedal feel and grip is not compromised at all though, still great to drive in. Pilotis really are built to last and that's what I love about them"

"To preface, I’m a physician and am in pursuit of a comfortable leather shoe to wear in the office. I’ve been trying to find a shoe that is more refined than a sneaker yet has similar comfort, but not as formal as an oxford. This fits the bill perfectly. It is clean, comfortable and well made. Another pro is that these come in wide. I will likely be purchasing another pair for out of office wear."
