These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of goods via eu.piloti.com to consumers within the European Union (EU). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded via eu.piloti.com. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Offer and Product Information

•    Product descriptions, pricing, and images are presented as accurately as possible 
•    Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding 
•    Availability is subject to stock

Order Process & Contract Formation

•    A contract is formed once you receive an order confirmation email 
•    You are responsible for providing accurate information 
•    Orders may be refused or cancelled in cases of suspected fraud or misuse 

Prices and VAT

•    All prices are displayed in EUR 
•    Prices include VAT in accordance with EU and Dutch VAT regulations 
•    VAT is calculated based on the customer’s location (EU OSS scheme) 
•    Total costs (including shipping) are shown before checkout

Payment

•    Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated 
•    Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout 
•    Orders will not be shipped until payment is received 

Delivery

•    Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer 
•    Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days (EU) 
•    Maximum delivery time: 30 days unless otherwise agreed 
If delays occur, you will be informed. If delivery exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel the order.
Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

•    Withdrawal period: Starts the day after you (or a third party) receive the goods
•    To exercise your right: Notify us via email: customerservice@piloti.com
•    Effects of withdrawal:
      •    You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us 
      •    Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the goods or proof of return 
      •    Refunds include standard delivery costs (if the entire order is returned) 
•    Return conditions:
      •    Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging 
•    Return costs: €14 restocking fee

Returns

Returns must be initiated via:

•    Use secure packaging 
•    Keep proof of shipment 
•    We are not responsible for lost returns without proof 

Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovering a defect.

Liability

•    We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages 
•    Nothing limits liability where it would be unlawful (e.g., injury, fraud)

Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, branding) is the property of Piloti LLC and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also retain mandatory protections under your local law.
