Regarding order processing time, an order submitted by 3 pm CET / CEST usually ships from our fulfillment center within three to five regular business days of order receipt. Note that the number of days for delivery excludes order processing time.

Returns

For EU customers, you may return / exchange items during our 30-day return period by visiting our Returns Portal.

Once our warehouse processes and approves your return, you will be issued a full refund minus restock fee €14.

Looks amazing and feels solid

"These are one of my favorites from piloti. First off they look great, can dress them up or down easily. The leather is amazing, I've had the black pair for a few months now and with all the times I've worn them the leather doesn't show any hard creases like a normal leather shoe does. They are a more "stiff" feeling shoe than something like the Shift but that doesn't make them uncomfortable at all. I actually find that these are more comfortable at the end of a long day than the Shift because they have a little more support and structure to the sole. Pedal feel and grip is not compromised at all though, still great to drive in. Pilotis really are built to last and that's what I love about them"

The perfect shoe

"To preface, I’m a physician and am in pursuit of a comfortable leather shoe to wear in the office. I’ve been trying to find a shoe that is more refined than a sneaker yet has similar comfort, but not as formal as an oxford. This fits the bill perfectly. It is clean, comfortable and well made. Another pro is that these come in wide. I will likely be purchasing another pair for out of office wear."

Pleasantly surprised

"I have seen ads for Piloti for some time but haven’t purchased them because I have wide feet. They look narrow and I didn’t want to go to the hassle of returning them. Well… they now have wide versions. I figured I would at least give that a try. They fit quite well. Allen Edmonds sized me for an 8. 5 4E but 9-9. 5 seem to fit better. I bought 9. 5 wide and they are a touch too long. The width is perfect though. I can live with about 1cm too long for the awesome look. Quality feels great. Also design is just right. I feel ok wearing these to both the office and a car meet."
