For EU customers, you may return / exchange items during our 30-day return period by visiting our Returns Portal.

Once our warehouse processes and approves your return, you will be issued a full refund minus restock fee €14.

Colour not right

"The shoes are fine, I bought shift in stone colour, but they are darker than I expected. The colour on the website can only be achieved in very bright, direct sunlight. Any shadow or more typically naturally occurring light and they come out a mid to dark grey. I’m going to return them and get camel instead. Also, I followed the review advice and got a half size smaller but I don’t think that was correct for me and I will get my normal size. I would say the shoes are true to size."

"Exchanged for half-size down. Super easy return process. Great fit and very nice quality. Only complaint is that the orange is much less vibrant than in marketing images…more “washed out,” almost a rust color. Still, a very nice shoe and I’ll definitely order more."
